These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Bursa188 platform, accessible via our website and mobile application. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service offered by Bursa188, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on Bursa188. This includes registering with a different name, phone number, email address, IP address, or device by the same individual. Violating the one-account rule is considered a serious breach.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and valid payment details. Providing false or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended and all winnings and balances forfeited.

• The phone number you register must be an active Malaysian number that belongs to you.
• Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.

Bursa188 is not responsible for any losses arising from sharing your login credentials with others or from negligence in securing your own account.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and no additional processing fees are charged by Bursa188. Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.

• The deposit method you use must be registered in your own name – deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawals from your Bursa188 account can be made using the same payment method used for your deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. Withdrawals to e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawals via FPX to a bank account may take up to one business day.

• The recipient account must be registered under the same name as your Bursa188 account.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or to another individual.

The general Sports Betting rules on Bursa188 are as follows:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in situations specifically outlined in Bursa188's betting rules.
• Bursa188 reserves the right to void bets and issue refunds if a match is not played, is postponed by more than 36 hours from the original schedule, or is cancelled by the relevant sporting body.

If termination results from your breach of these Terms, Bursa188 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.
